It's a Bird, It's a Plane, It's a ??

Whatever this thing is, I'm a fan.  I certainly have an appreciation for whoever was so creative to think of this great flying contraption!  Kevin, Chai, and I were outside our apartment last night when this suddenly floated into view.  Looks like a fun way to enjoy the sunny day!
